"Good Savings, Just a Little Confusing"
I ended up ordering from cabinets.com after a promo code popped up, mostly because I’d been putting off the cabinet purchase for way too long and needed an excuse to finally do it. The discount actually worked, which was a relief because cabinets are definitely not cheap. The sale brought the price down a good bit, and I liked that the cart showed the savings clearly. I’m giving 4 stars only because the different promos were a little confusing to compare, though that might partly be on me for shopping late at night. Overall, I’m happy with the order and saved a decent amount...

"Refund came through eventually"
I did get my refund in the end, it just took longer than I expected. I kept checking the timing and updates, trying to figure out the pattern of when things were moving along, but it mostly just required patience. Not a bad experience overall, just a bit slow.

"A small mix-up, but my gut was right"
Part of my cabinet order showed up with a missing piece, and one item wasn’t the right one, so I was a little frustrated at first. But I had a good feeling they’d take care of it, and they did. I reached out to cabinets.com, and they got back to me quickly. They sent the correct pieces without making it a big ordeal. Mistakes happen, and my instinct was to trust the process here. They handled it well, so I’m still happy giving them 5 stars.

"The cabinets turned out looking nice in..."
The cabinets turned out looking nice in the end, but putting them together was more frustrating than I expected. The instructions could definitely be clearer, some of the pictures were tiny and there wasn’t much explanation, so I had to redo a couple of parts along the way. I also expected a faster response when I needed clarification, which would’ve helped a lot. Overall, not a bad product, but the assembly process could be smoother.

"Pretty solid after 8 months"
I’ve had these doors for around 8 months now and they’ve held up well. They feel solid, and the finish hasn’t really chipped much at all. One of the hinges did need a little adjusting, but overall they seem durable. So yeah.

"The design was kind of off, and…"
The design was kind of off, and the Cabinets.com didn’t fit right once they were put in. I was expecting a cleaner install, but there were gaps and parts that just didn’t line up. It felt like plan wasn’t measured out properly.

"Still not fixed"
Unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been fixed. What’s especially frustrating is that the communication has been unclear, so I’m not even sure what’s happening or when to expect a real update.

"Not the quality I expected :/"
The cabinet finish showed up with rough spots and a few chips, and some of the doors don’t line up evenly either. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. Disappointed overall :(

"Cracked on Arrival and No Clear Owner"
The cabinet showed up with one of the corners cracked, which was really disappointing. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for handling the issue, the seller, the delivery company, or customer service. I just wanted it fixed, but it felt like nobody really owned the problem.

"Decent cabinets, frustrating wait"
The cabinets look fine now that they’re here, but the lead time was way off from what the site said. Delivery took much longer than expected and I had to push my whole project back because of it. What made it more annoying was that there wasn’t really any human contact to help explain what was going on, just updates that didn’t make me feel any better. Frustrating overall.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I might be overthinking it, but the delivery delays were frustrating. The date kept getting pushed back, and trying to get clear updates felt like more work than it should’ve been. The cabinets did eventually show up, but it was way later than I was originally told.

"Decent cabinets, but the communication didn’t match the price"
I ordered from Cabinets.com and the cabinets themselves turned out fine, so I can’t say it was a total bad experience. But the communication was disappointing. I found myself having to email more than once just to get updates, and a couple of the responses felt like they didn’t really answer what I was asking. Phone support was kind of hit or miss too. For a smaller purchase, I probably wouldn’t have cared as much, but with cabinets this expensive, I expected a smoother process, clearer updates, and faster answers. They got the job done, but I’d definitely think twice before ordering again.

"Helpful designer made the process easier"
The designer was really helpful and fixed my layout super quickly, which made me feel a lot better about placing the order. I was a little stressed at first because the layout wasn’t coming together the way I expected, and I wasn’t sure how long it would take to fix. But they jumped in fast, cleaned it up, and made the whole ordering process way less stressful.

"Decent Cabinets, Needed a Little Tweaking"
Overall, I thought the cabinets turned out decent. A couple of the measurements seemed slightly off compared to what I remember entering, but it wasn’t anything major. In my opinion, it just made the install take a bit more adjusting than expected. Once everything was lined up, they looked fine.

"Rough First Impression"
My first impression of the ordering process wasn’t great, and that kind of stuck with me. It felt a bit messy from the start, with a few steps that weren’t very clear. I ended up having to go back a couple of times to fix or figure things out, so it took longer than I expected. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not a smooth experience.

"Easy replacement for a dinged cabinet door"
One of my cabinet doors showed up with a small ding in it, which was kind of frustrating because I had already set aside the weekend to work on the kitchen and had tools all over the place. I figured contacting cabinets.com was going to turn into a whole thing, but they got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement without making me go back and forth a bunch. The return part was simple too. it made the situation way less annoying than I expected.

"I wasn’t too happy with my experience with..."
I wasn’t too happy with my experience with cabinets.com. The whole process ended up feeling more frustrating than I expected, and I never really felt like I was getting the help I needed. I was hoping it would be more like working with a place that actually guides you through things, but... yeah. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was a letdown, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

I ended up ordering from Cabinets.com after checking a couple local places, and the prices were just better, better. The sale definitely made a difference too. For what I paid, the Cabinets.com look good and I’m happy with how the project turned out. They weren’t perfect, perfect — one door needed a little adjusting, and shipping took longer than I was hoping. But overall, the value was solid, solid, and I’d probably order from them again for another project.

"Ordering cabinets was kind of a hassle"
I tried ordering cabinets from the site, but it was kind of frustrating. The whole thing felt a bit clunky, like, the filters kept resetting on me and the pages were loading slowly. After a few minutes, it just got really annoying and I didn’t feel like dealing with it anymore.
